Belem Rangel

Belem has a dual role leading the day-to-day execution of Telein’s business operations, as well as increasing the awareness of the Telein brand in the global marketplace through the execution of brand strategy.

She has a diverse perspective gained through a breadth of cultural, educational, volunteer and work experiences. Prior to joining Telein, she honed her expertise in administration, customer service and leadership through operational and staff assignments at Burger King Corporation and CSM Worldwide Bakery Products, North America. Her experience ranges from Employee Training & Development, Human Resources Management, Production & Operations, Quality Control, Safety to Supply Chain Management.

She is passionate and dedicated to her volunteer work with youth and young adults helping them find their purpose by leading vocational retreats and workshops throughout the USA and Mexico.

Belem received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Human Resources concentration, from California State University, San Bernardino. She also has Associate of Arts Degrees in Business Administration & Information Systems and Social & Behavioral Studies from Riverside City College. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Born and raised in Michoacán Mexico, Belem makes her home in Southern California. Her signature is her enthusiastic spirit, positive attitude, thirst for learning, as well as adding VALUE to everything she touches. She enjoys reading, photography, visiting new places and meeting people of diverse cultural backgrounds. She looks forward to spending time in Italy and Africa.
