Hugo E. Martinez

Hugo is an advisor and teacher with a passion to facilitate people achieving their full potential. He brings broad business experience, deep leadership expertise, a visionary orientation, and a worldview of abundance. Prior to becoming a Telein Partner, Hugo had a more than 20-year successful business career at CSM Bakery Products, a global company headquartered in Amsterdam, and Vicorp Restaurants. During this time, Hugo gained broad general management experience, as well as created and taught a wide range of employee education programs. In addition to this corporate experience, Hugo founded and led a successful non-profit organization.

Hugo is on the Board of Directors of Zoe International Endowment, and is an Executive Board Member of Zoe Christian Fellowship of Whittier.

A keen interest in world missions and church leadership has taken Hugo around the globe to places such as Asia, Europe, Mexico, Central and South America and the Caribbean. Hugo is in demand as a speaker and teacher at international conferences and world missions events.

Hugo holds a Bachelor of Science in Theological Studies (Summa Cum Laude) from Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia, and is Certified in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Riverside. Additionally, he holds numerous food industry and human resources certifications and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Originally from Durango, Mexico, Hugo now makes his home in Southern California, where he lives with his wife and family.
